Multiple callers report alleged drunk driver

LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff Timothy Whitcomb reports the arrest of a Randloph man on charges of DWI, Aggravated DWI for having a child in the vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say Joshua J. Dash, 34, was located by patrols in the Village of South Dayton after multiple calls to police that Dash was allegedly driving while intoxicated with his two children in the vehicle. Dash was located, arrested and taken to the Town of Persia Court for arraignment and remanded to the Cattaraugus County jail in lieu of $3000 bail. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
