Callers report drunk man trying to sell pills

WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WIVB) – Troopers arrested a man for drug possession after receiving a call about an intoxicated person trying to sell pills.

State Police responded to the Scottish Inn on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Wheatfield on Sunday after receiving calls from concerned citizens. Once there, troopers say they located Jacob Schiller of Williamsville and say the 29-year-old was in possession of a large quantity of Xanax pills.

Schiller is charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container.
