Car fire backs up traffic during commute

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Several major roadways were congested Tuesday morning in western New York. A car went up in flames on I-190 South, near Elm Street.

The incident backed up traffic for about a mile. There are no details on what sparked the fire and whether anyone is injured. That scene cleared up around 8:15 a.m.

Drivers also faces delays on Route 33 West, I-90 East and I-190 North.
