CPA firm moving from One Seneca Tower to Larkin District

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – One of western New York’s largest CPA firms, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, will be moving out of the One Seneca Tower to the Larkin at Exchange Building.

Business First reports the firm’s 75 workers will be moved to the Larkin District where PwC will occupy nearly 10,000-square feet of office space.

The move will leave the former HSBC Tower nearly vacant following exits by the Canadian Consulate, Phyllips Lytle and HSBC. The property has been in foreclosure as potential developers scope it out for future use.

PwC has reportedly inked a 10-year lease for the Larkin property and plans to make their exit from One Seneca in July.
