WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman who was making meth on the southern tier will spend more than two years in prison.
In January 2012, April Patterson of Wellsville was arrested during a raid that also saw her husband Jason Patterson, John Faber, Anthony Kidd, and Justin McPherson taken into custody. All of those arrested have been convicted.
April Patterson was sentenced Friday to 30 months in prison for conspiracy to manufacture, possess with intent to distribute and distribute, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
McPherson was sentenced to two years in prison, but because he had been in jail since his arrest, he was released on time served. Faber was sentenced last month to 40 months in prison.
Kidd and Jason Patterson are still awaiting sentencing.
