Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market opens

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) The Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market has opened for it’s 15th season. The outdoor market will be open every Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., until the end of November.

Thirty-eight different vendors will sell produce, baked goods, meats, craft beers and more. New vendors for 2014 include Biscotti for Everybotti, BreadHive Worker Cooperative Bakery and Kwilos Farm.

The market has been set-up at a new location this year due to needed lawn maintenance. For at least two months, the vendor booths will be located on the east side of Elmwood Ave. on Bidwell Parkway, directly across from the regular location.
