Maid of the Mist begins 129th year

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Maid of the Mist boats returned to the water for the first time this year on Saturday.

For the 129th year in a row in the iconic boats are setting sail through Niagara Falls. The boats are one of the oldest tourist attractions in North America and people come from all over the world to see the falls and take the tour.

A first time visitor from India said, “This is pretty amazing, amazing falls, I have never seen such falls, it’s amazing falls, this is the first time for my parents too and they enjoyed it.”
