Gang member sentenced to 210 months in prison

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A member of Buffalo’s notorious 10th Street gang will spend more than a decade behind bars.

Brandon Bobbitt stole the car used in a 2008 drive-by shooting on Busti Avenue. Rival gang member, 19-year-old Omar Fraticelli-Lugo, was killed.

Bobbitt, 25, is among 44 members and associates of the 10th Street gang charged in this case. So far, 38 have been convicted.

He was sentenced Monday to 210 months in federal prison.
