Police making progress in double shooting that injured two young boys

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Thursday night, local peace activists were back on the scene of Monday’s double shooting that injured two young boys.

The 3-year-old and 14-year-old both remain at Women and Children’s Hospital while the shooter is still on the run. Local advocates are going door-to-door on Fennimore Avenue encouraging people to come forward with any information.

They also held a BBQ for the community.

“We’re definitely out here in force and we’re saying enough is enough,” said one activist.

Buffalo Police say they are making progress in this case but no arrests have been made.
