BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo attorney is accused of driving drunk after his vehicle struck a 15-year-old bicyclist in the Town of Tonawanda Saturday night.

Police say 57-year-old David Schopp drove through a barricaded area that was sectioned off for road construction at Ellicott Creek Road and Colvin Boulevard before hitting the girl.

The Amherst teen was taken to the hospital, where she was treated and released for a fracture to a lower leg.

Schopp was arrested at the scene for DWI.
