CHERRY CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man who hasn’t been heard from since last week and is being looked for by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is also wanted on charges in Pennsylvania.
Deputies say Tyler Chase’s vehicle was found Thursday at a family residence on Cook Road in Cherry Creek, but his whereabouts are unknown. The 25-year-old Jamestown man last had contact with family or friends around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
State Police in PA say Chase is wanted on charges of interference with custody of a child, corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Troopers say last fall, Chase took a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl from Warren County, PA to parties in Jamestown. Officers say Chase would communicate with the teens through phone and text and arrange to pick them up after they had crept out of their homes.
The sheriff’s office along with volunteer fire departments, Forest Ranger and State Police have been searching for Chase in the Town of Charlotte, Cook Road area.
If you have any information, call the sheriff’s office.
