NF Police charge man with triple shooting

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Niagara Falls Police have arrested a man in connection to the triple shooting that happened Saturday morning, in front of a gas station at 19th Street and Ferry Avenue.

Rayquan Maurice Graham, 20, was arrested for shooting a woman and her two sons. The victims, Laura Dove, 50, Thomas Pryor, 21, and Tavone Pryor, 19, suffered leg wounds from a handgun. They were all treated at an area hospital and released.  Police believe the altercation is part of an ongoing dispute between Graham and the brothers.

Graham was located at an apartment on Willow Avenue, in Niagara Falls. Kristi Marie Kargatis, 26, was charged with second-degree hindering the prosecution because he allegedly hid him in her home. Kargatis

Graham was charged with felony first-degree assault, felony first-degree criminal use of a firearm, felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and first-degree felony reckless endangerment. In addition, police say he had five outstanding failure to appear warrants and was charged with three counts of bail jumping.
