Man arrested for allegedly slashing Jim’s Steakout employee

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police have arrested a man they say slashed a Jim’s Steakout employee at Elmwood and Allen early Tuesday morning.

Detectives say during an argument around 1:20 a.m., 57-year-old Wilbert Miller of Buffalo slashed 22-year-old Francisco Perez of Buffalo with a multi-tool style knife while inside Jim’s Steakout.

Perez was taken to ECMC, where he was treated and released.
