Man accused of leaving store with cart full of groceries

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) – State Police say a Fredonia man left Tops in Dunkirk with a cart full of groceries he didn’t pay for.

Kevin Weary, 49, was arrested in the parking lot and charged with petit larceny. Troopers say he stole items worth a total of $765.03.
