7 Tons of hummus products recalled


The FDA is reporting that some hummus products sold at Trader Joe’s, Target and Giant Eagle are being voluntarily recalled due to a possible risk of listeria. More than 14,800 pounds of hummus and other dip products are affected.

The dips are processed by food manufacturer Lansal.  Texas health officials cite possible contamination in Target Archer Farms Traditional hummus.
