ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Five of the Buffalo Bills’ seven draft picks are already under contract, with the team signing 5th-round selection Cyril Richardson Friday.
Richardson, a 6-5, 343 pound offensive lineman out of Baylor, is expected to compete for a starting spot at guard. He was a two-time Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year, and also won the 2013 Jim Parker Award – given to the nation’s top offensive lineman.
Today’s signing leaves 1st-round pick Sammy Watkins and 2nd-round pick Cyrus Kouandjio as the last two members of the Bills’ 2014 draft class without a contract.
Buffalo opens OTA’s (Organized Team Activities) this Wednesday in Orchard Park.
