Man arrested on Thruway for possession of heroin and hypodermic needle


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- State Police responded to a report of an automobile accident on I-190 northbound in the City of Buffalo Wednesday evening.

Troopers responded and interviewed the driver of a damaged black Chevrolet S10.  The operator, Corey Breidenstein, 26, of Buffalo was arrested when police located more than 1 gram of heroin and a hypodermic needle inside the vehicle. 

Breidenstein was transported to State Police Buffalo where he was processed and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument 

Breidenstein was issued an appearance ticket ordering him to appear in the City of Buffalo Court on Thursday. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
