Woman accused of shoving sheriff’s deputy

SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman is accused of screaming obscenities and shoving a Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputy numerous times. The sheriff’s office says 24-year-old Brittany N. Deloe, of Silver Creek, was arrested during a disturbance call at a residence on Hickory Street late Sunday night.

The sheriff’s office says Deloe became irate and while she was being arrested, she tried to resist. She was arraigned in the Village of Silver Creek Court for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
