Ex-Sabres assistant Corsi joins Blues

ST. LOUIS (WIVB) – After 16 successful seasons with the Sabres, it didn’t take Jim Corsi long to find work. The St. Louis Blues hired Corsi as the team’s goaltending coach Tuesday.

The Sabres parted ways with Corsi after the season, part of head coach Ted Nolan’s staff shakeup. Over the course of his career with Buffalo, Corsi worked with elite goalies like Dominik Hasek and Ryan Miller, helping both win the Vezina Trophy multiple times, as the game’s top goalie.
