Bills to begin voluntary OTAs

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Bills will be back on the field Wednesday as voluntary OTAs, or organized team activities, get underway.

This will be the first chance for coaches to see some of the veteran players mix it up with the rookies. A lot of people will be watching to see what kind of connection quarterback EJ Manuel has with first-round pick Sammy Watkins.

All three weeks of OTAs are voluntary.

The team rolled out the red carpet for the rookies last week. They showed 18 players the Niagara Falls, New Era Cap Company and the Naval Park, among other things. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
