Sabres sign Austin to entry-level deal

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Sabres locked up another member of the 2012 draft class today, signing defenseman Brady Austin to his entry-level contract.

Austin recorded career highs in points (33), goals (9), and assists (24) in the OHL this season.

The former seventh-round draft pick is another blue-liner with size in the system, at 6’3″ and 234 pounds.
