Man arrested after drug deal outside hospital


NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo man is charged with selling drugs to an undercover agent outside DeGraff Memorial Hospital.

Police say Luis Miguel Garcia, 29, traveled from Buffalo Wednesday to sell heroin to an agent with the Niagara County Drug Task Force in the DeGraff parking lot.

Garcia is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, both class B felonies.
