Man accused of selling Rx pills in Allegany County

BELMONT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man from Allegany County has been indicted on charges of selling prescription pills in the Belmont area.

Mica Young is charged with fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. The 23-year-old is being held in the Allegany County Jail.

Police say Young’s arrest is part of an ongoing investigation.
