Man allegedly sold counterfeit jerseys

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – Police agencies worked together during a five-month investigation into counterfeit sport jerseys.

The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested 46-year-old Stephen M. Penkalski, of Lockport, last week. Penkalski allegedly ordered counterfeit jerseys from out of the country and sold them. He was charged with two counts of trademark counterfeiting.
