Salvation Army to celebrate Donut Day

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Salvation Army celebrating National Donut Day with free donuts at the Larkin at Exchange Building on Friday.

The tradition started in 1938 when the Salvation Army sold donuts to raise money during the Great Depression.

Dunkin Donuts will also give away free donuts if you buy a drink. The chain will also unveil their new blueberry cobbler donut. Find more details from Dunkin Donuts on their website.
