JAVA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Java man is facing several charges after deputies received a report about a suspicious vehicle pulling in and out of driveways.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says they found a drunk 32-year-old Darrell Bosell on Youngers Road Monday night. Deputies say his BAC was .20 percent.

Bosell is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and after getting to court, a judge arraigned Bosell on charges for falsely reporting his pick-up truck stolen the day before.

Family members were issued orders of protection from Bosell and he was taken to Wyoming County Jail on $7,000 bail.
