Man accused of stealing $10K in unemployment

GASPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Niagara County man is accused of collecting over $10,000 in unemployment benefits while working at a Lockport business.

Dustin Hall of Gasport is charged with third degree grand larceny, first degree falsifying business records and first degree offering a false instrument for filing.

The 24-year-old man is currently being held in the Niagara County Jail, where he is serving a sentence on an unrelated case. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
