Man accused of breaking into three Niagara County homes

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A 24-year-old man has been arrested and accused of breaking into three homes in Niagara County.

Brett Holt of Lockport is charged with two counts of second degree burglary, one count of third degree grand larceny, one count of fourth degree grand larceny and two counts of fourth degree criminal mischief. The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office says additional charges are pending.

Investigators say Holt broke into three homes in Niagara County. After being arraigned, he was taken to the Niagara County Jail on $40,000 bail.
