Pridgen to bring caged feral cat to chambers

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Common Council is discussing humane and cost effective ways to control the cat population in the City of Buffalo, Tuesday afternoon.

Council President Darius Pridgen is expected to bring a caged feral cat with him to chambers for observation. Pridgen is bringing the cat to emphasize the point of the ordinance and draw attention to the problem.
