New charges in cocaine distribution network

PERRY HOUSING INDICTMENT

BUFFALO N.Y. (WIVB) – There are more charges involving what prosecutors describe as a drug organization that operated out of the Perry Housing Projects.

U.S. Attorney William Hochul announced a superseding indictment against Tyshawn Bradley, 28, of Cheektowaga. It includes weapons and money laundering charges. The additional charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, a $500,000 fine or both.

He’s one of 12 people accused of operating a cocaine distribution network at the housing complex.
