Driver allegedly impaired during crash

PENDLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) – New York State Police have charged a 26-year-old driver with two misdemeanors in a property damage crash on Bear Ridge Road in Pendleton, on Tuesday.

Police say Ashley Mullett of Newfane showed signs of possible impairment, and a drug recognition expert performed an evaluation. Mullett was allegedly impaired by two types of drugs. Her BAC results were .00 percent.

She’s charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, first offense and improper lane usage.
