Three accused of selling drugs in Wyoming County

WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) – Three people who allegedly sold drugs in late 2013 have been taken into custody by the Wyoming County Drug Task Force.

Henri Wilcox, 28, of Warsaw was arrested on May 23 and charged with two counts of fourth degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. Wilcox was allegedly caught selling Hydrocodone in Portageville and Warsaw. He is currently free on $10,000 bail.

On June 4, Michael Hill, Jr. of Pike was arrested. The 22-year-old is charged with two counts of fifth degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. Authorities say Hill sold Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine in the Town of Pike. He is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Michael Kitt, Sr. of Silver Springs allegedly sold Morphine in the village. The 53-year-old was arrested June 6 and charged with three counts of third degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. He is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail on $75,000 bail.
