WESTFIELD, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman’s inability to pay a toll ultimately led to her arrest on multiple charges, according to State Police.

On Thursday, troopers were called by the NYS Thruway Authority to the toll plaza at Exit 60 in Westfield when a woman with no identification did not have the money to pay the toll.

Troopers responded and interviewed the woman, who was given paperwork to fill out for the unpaid toll. But while investigating, police learned that the woman, now identified as 22-year-old Destiny Love, had provided her sister’s name. Troopers say they then uncovered that the Buffalo woman was driving on a suspended license.

Love was arrested on charges of third degree forgery, second degree criminal impersonation and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

After being arraigned, she was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
