Father and three of his sons arrested during drug raid

BOSTON, N.Y. (WIVB) – A father and his three sons were arrested during an early morning drug raid in the Southtowns on Friday.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Omphalius Road in the Town of Boston, where they seized marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and weapons.

Jamie Musser, 33; Lawrence J. Musser, 31; and Lawrence H. Musser, 60; are all charged with two felonies and various misdemeanors. Thomas Musser, 22, is charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration for allegedly attacking detectives who were executing the search warrant.

Authorities say this is the third time they have raided this home in the Town of Boston.

The Musser family was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.

Deputies also conducted a separate raid at a home on Allen Road in the Town of Sardinia on Friday.

Glen Morgan, 32, was arrested on two felonies and four misdemeanors, including endangering the welfare of a child, after authorities say they found a pound of marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and LSD.
