Man with two prior DWIs facing third DWI charge

ELLICOTT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man with two prior DWI convictions is facing a charge of felony DWI after being stopped for speeding last Thursday.

Just after 7 p.m., troopers pulled over 27-year-old Joshua McCune on Rt. 60 in the Town of Ellicott. Police say the Westfield man failed field sobriety tests and a breath test later revealed his BAC to be .13 percent.

McCune, who has two prior DWI convictions in the last 10 years, was driving on a revoked license. He is charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.

After being arraigned, he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
