Woman allegedly forges $1,200 check from business


FALCONER, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman from Falconer is accused of forging a check from an area business.

New York State Police arrested 37-year-old Julie K. Stutzman on Friday. Troopers say Stutzman forged a $1,200 check from the business.

She is charged with second-degree forgery and fourth-degree grand larceny.

After being arraigned in Town of Busti Court, Stutzman was taken to Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000 bail.
