Congestion clears on I-190 South

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Commuters were forced to deal with delays or find alternate routes Tuesday morning, in Buffalo.

There was a three-mile-long backup on I-190 South Tuesday. The road was congested from Sheridan Drive to Route 198.
