Flight 3407 case will be in NYS Supreme Court

CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) – Lawyers for the families of Flight 3407 victims will be back in court Thursday morning.

Oral arguments in the case will begin in New York State Supreme Court. Sources say this has to do with sealing some records.

Fifty people, including a pregnant passenger, died when Flight 3407 crashed in Clarence Center five years ago. All of the federal cases connected to the crash have been settled.

Three families still have cases pending in New York State Supreme Court.
