Morgan Stanley reaches out to potential buyers

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Michael Cohen, Executive Vice President and Special Counsel of the Trump Organization confirmed with News 4 Sports that Donald Trump received a non-disclosure agreement from Morgan Stanley on Wednesday.

Trump also received a teaser, which essentially summarizes the Bills sale. News 4 Sports has confirmed that Terry Pegula also received similar documentation.

The documentation provides further evidence that the sale process is moving forward. Trump and Pegula are among those that have been reported to have serious interest in both buying the Bills and keeping them in Buffalo. Tom Golisano, former owner of the Sabres, along with Jon Bon Jovi and Larry Tanenbaum are also among the names reported as potential buyers.

On May 21st, the Bills announced the trust responsible for the sale process had hired financial firm Morgan Stanley along with the legal firm Proskauer Rose to aid in the Bills sale process. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
