RIPLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) – A convicted felon from Erie, PA was arrested by State Police on I-90 East after troopers discovered he was in possession of a weapon.
Isaac Nolan, 36, was pulled over just after 5 p.m. on Wednesday on I-90 East in Ripley. Troopers say Nolan’s license is suspended and they found he was in possession of a black jack.
Convicted felons are not allowed to own weapons, and a black jack is illegal to own.
Nolan was arrested and charged with third degree criminal possession of a weapon and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $5,000 bail.
