Conviction of woman who killed her husband is upheld

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – An appellate court has upheld the murder conviction of a Buffalo woman who shot her husband while he was in bed sleeping.

In 2012, Robin Kalinowski was convicted of second-degree murder for the 2005 shooting death of her husband and sentenced to 25-years to life.
