Neighbors can weigh in on Harlem Road bridge


WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Neighbors in West Seneca can weigh in on plans to replace the 103-year-old Harlem Road bridge on Wednesday.

A public hearing is taking place at 4 p.m. at the Winchester Community Church. A formal presentation on the project will be given at 6 p.m.

The meeting will include informational displays for the proposed project. Department representatives will be present to receive comments and answer individual questions.

According to the Department of Transportation plans, the new bridge would carry two lanes of traffic in each direction and would also have a center turning lane.
