Police investigate credit card theft at nursing facility


ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – A credit card was stolen from the Orchard Heights residential nursing facility and used at a store on Buffalo’s east side.

Orchard Park Police are looking for the public’s help in the case from more than one month ago.

Police say the card was used at the Rite Aid at Bailey Avenue and East Delavan around 5:40 p.m. on May 7. The person of interest is seen in the included photo. She is described as a white female, about 5’3″ tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown curly hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Orchard Park Police Department Detective Bureau at 662-6475 ext. 4016.
