Jamestown man arrested after alleged violent threats

JAMESTOWN N.Y. (WIVB) – A Jamestown man is in police custody after he allegedly threatened to kill a person in a home on North Main Street.

Police were called to the address for a violent domestic dispute in progress. According to investigators, 26-year-old Waleska Diaz held a knife to the stomach of a victim and threatened to stab and kill them.

Diaz was taken in to custody and charged with second degree menacing.
