Model apartment shows future of hospital


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Crews will soon breathe new life into an old hospital in Buffalo.

The Canterbury Woods Apartments is taking over the former Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital. The $28 million project will house seniors who wish to live on their own or with assistance.

President and CEO Rob Wallace said, “The highlight of this office is a beautiful 1,000-square foot model apartment, fully furnished, beautifully appointed, that will give potential residents a feel and appreciation of what will await for them at Canterbury Woods Gates Circle.”
