NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A new trial date has now been set for the man accused of killing two high school classmates in North Tonawanda more than 30-years ago.

Robie Drake will face his third trial on November 3. He has been convicted twice in the 1981 shooting deaths of Steven Rosenthal and Amy Smith.

But both of those convictions were overturned, one because of legal mistakes and the other because of testimony from a phony witness.
