Buffalo has had most stable housing market for 35 years

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo has had the most stable housing market in the country over the last 35 years.

The Buffalo News reports the Queen City has been the least risky real estate market since 1979, according to research by Zillow.

Buffalo’s worst 12-month period was from July 1994 to June 1995, when average homes prices dropped four percent.
