Road rage incident leads to three arrests

SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports a road rage incident that resulted in three arrests Tuesday on Cascade Road in Springville.

The sheriff’s office says 29-year-old Arthur Ludwick and 32-year-old Tracy Traniello, both of Salamanca, as well as 29-year-old Matthew Kovacs of Boston, were all arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. Kovacs is also charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation because he had six suspensions on his license.

The altercation involved two vehicles.

All three were released on appearance tickets.
