DARIEN, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office made four arrests at the Fall Out Boy concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, Wednesday night.
A Bronx man was arrested for trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return, according to the sheriff’s office. Jemel Cannon, 36, was issued an appearance ticket for later this month.
The sheriff’s office says 28-year-old Erica Price of Buffalo was also arrested for trespass. She allegedly refused to leave the concert venue after being directed to do so several times. She was arraigned and taken to Genesee County Jail on $500 bail.
An Elmira woman is accused of punching a concert security officer while being escorted out of the concert. The sheriff’s office says 20-year-old Lily Walton re-entered the concert venue after being told not to return. She was arrested for second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal trespass. She was arraigned on the trespass charge and taken to Genesee County Jail on $200 bail.
Another Elmira resident is accused of re-entering the venue after being told not to return. The sheriff’s office says 22-year-old Jordan Ruday was first issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana and was then released. But when he re-entered the venue, he was arrested on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass and taken to Genesee County Jail on $200 bail.
