GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) – The annual Independence Day parade rolled down Grand Island Boulevard on Grand Island Friday.
Marching bands, firefighters, and town leaders greeted a big crowd of spectators.
Supervisor Mary Cooke said, “Great parade. We have beautiful day. One of the nicest ever. Low humidity, beautiful crowd. This is Americana at its best.”
Friday’s events on Grand Island stepped off with the Dick Bessel Kids Race.
